What we collect
When you buy, we collect your name and email, and Stripe collects your payment details and billing country. When you use your library, we record which lessons you've marked done so you can pick up where you left off.
To improve the site, we record which pages are viewed and which steps of checkout are completed, using our own first-party cookies (an anonymous visitor ID, which page version you saw, and the campaign link you arrived from). We don't use advertising trackers. If you start a checkout but don't finish, we keep the email you entered and may send you one message to check whether something went wrong.
Why we collect it
- To give you access to what you bought and send your login links and receipts.
- To support you and handle refunds.
- To tell you about updates to products you own, and occasionally about new ones. You can opt out any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your details. We only share them with the services that run this site: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and files), Netlify (hosting) and Resend (email). Some of these store data outside Australia.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@preconify.app. We keep order records as long as tax law requires.
